The Viral Opensource DVG Key Algorithm2 (VODKA2) identifies copy-back non-standard genome's and deletion non-standard viral genome's junction regions within RNA-seq datasets.
VODKA’s performance was tested in positive and negative strand viruses and detects copy-back DVGs with great sensitivity.
